We have eight toning tables, which work on certain areas of the body.
The treatment lasts for about an hour and is a good way to relax and help relieve stress and tension.
The tables work by gently stretching the muscles, which in turn ease you back into shape. You should notice the difference in 4-6 sessions.
You will notice considerable inch loss and your whole body will feel firmer. It also improves posture and circulation.
The tables can be used by all ages (18 years upwards) and there's no pain, but plenty to gain !!

| A. | The beauty of toning tables is that they appeal to all age ranges from 18 - 80. The tables work through repetitive, iso kinetic exercise isolating the major muscle groups. The gentle controlled movements of the toning tables enhance mobility and flexibility whilst gently firming figures into shape. |
| Q. | How long does a session take? |
| A. | The average exercise movement takes approximately seven minutes on each table. You should allow one hour for your full session. |
| Q. | How quickly should I see results? |
| A. | After your first session you will notice all of the positive feelings associated with regular exercise. It is quite common to experience inch-loss after only five sessions. |
| Q. | What should I wear? |
| A. | Wear loose, comfortable clothing while you are exercising on the tables - no jeans or skirts. Also you will be required to wear socks for hygiene reasons. |
| Q. | How much weight will I lose on the toning tables? |
| A. | You will not lose any weight. You will however, tone and firm, resulting in lost inches - some clients have reduced by one or two dress sizes! |
| Q. | Recently I have developed a stiffness of the joints which I feel may be arthritic. Can I use the toning tables? |
